Refund Policy
Last revised: 23 September 2026 · XynStudios · Contact: arizen@aris-swift.com
1. The short version
Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of payment. Every request is reviewed manually — approval depends on your reason and the state of the purchase (see §2). Email arizen@aris-swift.com with your Paystack reference, purchase email, and reason.
2. What is (and isn't) refundable
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Unactivated, unclaimed purchase within 12 hours | Eligible — decided on review of your reason |
| License key revealed, download claimed, or DRM activated | Generally non-refundable (digital goods can't be returned) |
| Duplicate accidental payment | Eligible — second charge refunded after verification |
| We failed to deliver (no key, broken download, activation impossible) | Eligible — fix first, refund if unfixable |
| Subscription time already used | No pro-rata refunds; 12-hour rule applies to the purchase |
| DRM appeal/restoration fines | Non-refundable once the license is restored |
| Donations | Non-refundable (they're gifts, not purchases) |
3. How to request
- Email arizen@aris-swift.com within 12 hours of payment.
- Include: purchase email, Paystack reference, item/plan name, and your reason.
- We review manually and reply — approved refunds go back via the original payment method.
Reasons that help: duplicate charge, paid the wrong tier, delivery failure with screenshots. Filing a bank/Paystack dispute instead of emailing us may freeze the review until the dispute closes.
4. EU & UK customers — withdrawal rights
EU/UK law normally gives 14 days to withdraw from online purchases. Because our goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, the claim flow asks you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once the key/download/license is delivered. If you do not consent, do not complete the claim — contact us first. If we failed to obtain that consent or failed to deliver, your withdrawal right stands and we will refund within 14 days of your notice.
5. Chargebacks & fraud
Ref-reuse, stolen payments, and friendly-fraud chargebacks lead to license revocation and account suspension. Genuine mistakes are fixed under §2 — talk to us first.
